Leadership Touchstones
Experiencing Overwhelm, Chronic Conflict and/or Meeting Meltdowns? You're Not Alone.

Who We Work With
Sophie works with both individuals and groups looking for alternatives to patterns of behavior and skills that are no longer working.
In a rapidly changing environment, leaders can find themselves easily overwhelmed by the weight of their responsibility, the ever-changing landscape around them, and lack of sufficient skills for managing both.
Sophie provides specific skills for transforming clients' relationship with drama and conflict, setting honest, transformative goals, and aligning with their true values & vision.
Our Approach
Sophie brings her empathetic and deep listening skills to all her 1:1 and group work. These include an equity-and trauma-informed lens, grounded in appreciation for how systems and past history interact with and undermine accessing our full potential.
When working with both individuals and organizations, Sophie follows an established process of goal setting, self-reflection, and value-testing as people move toward their desired outcomes. This process is designed to empower clients in their day-to-day work and provide tools for lifelong success.

Training & Expertise
Sophie draws from over 30 years’ leadership experience with non-profits, professional organizations, and faith communities, and as an educator in experiential education and classroom settings.
Sophie has spent the past fifteen years in the field of conflict resolution as a professional trainer, mediator, and coach, certified through Community Boards, Washington Mediation Association, and serving over 12 years as a mentor mediator in facilitative, community mediation.
